1) to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 along with Auditor's Report thereon;

2) to consider and approve the proposal for raising of funds by way of issuance of non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules framed thereunder and applicable SEBI Regulations.

Further, as informed vide our communication dated March 25, 2026, please note that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed for the Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and other Insiders of the Company from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 and shall reopen after 48 hours from the announcement of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026.
