From the Desk
India's Enterprise Expansion Story is Scaling Quickly and Tier-2 Cities are at the centre of it.

Dear Shareholders,
India's enterprise expansion story is not slowing down. If anything, the pace at which businesses are making long term workspace decisions tells us that the demand for professionally managed, Grade-A infrastructure is becoming more deliberate and more urgent.
At DevX, our focus remains where it has always been. Expanding responsibly in markets where enterprise demand is strongest, maintaining the operational standard our clients rely on, and building infrastructure that is designed to serve businesses for the long term.
This edition captures where we stand and what is ahead. Thank you for your continued trust as we build the next phase of DevX together.

MARKET WATCH
India's Enterprise Workspace Demand Continues to Strengthen
India now hosts over 1,600 Global Capability Centres employing more than 1.6 million professionals, making it one of the world's largest hubs for enterprise operations. That number is growing, and the workspace infrastructure required to support it is growing alongside it.
Companies across technology, consulting, financial services, and healthcare are expanding their India footprint at a pace that outstrips the availability of Grade-A managed workspace in key business corridors. The gap between enterprise demand and quality supply remains a structural opportunity.

Did You Know?
India's GCC workforce is projected to reach 2 million professionals by 2026, with a growing share based outside of the top four metro cities. The shift is already underway.
INDUSTRY WATCH
The Signals Worth Paying Attention To

Talent density in Tier 2 markets is rising faster than most organisations anticipated. Retention is stronger, real estate costs are significantly lower, and the quality of professional infrastructure has caught up in ways that make the business case straightforward.
DevX has been in these markets ahead of that curve, building centres that serve enterprise clients who made that call before it became consensus.

CRAFTING
BHARAT...

FUTURE
OF WORK IN INDIA

Our Managing Director, Umesh Uttamchandani, was recently featured on Crafting Bharat, a podcast series celebrating India's most purposeful builders. The conversation covered the full arc of DevX, from how three founders found each other, to building a concept rooted in Gujarat, to stepping out of the state and taking on national scale.
Umesh spoke candidly about the challenges of balancing startup and enterprise clients, navigating the coworking industry through and after the pandemic, and what changed after IPO. He also shared how DevX approaches daily operational challenges and what it means to build something that has genuinely earned its reputation city by city.

Events at DevX

DevXplore AI Hackathon
DevX brought together employees from across its ecosystem, Phi Designs, Momentum91, and Eezily, for an internal AI Hackathon that was as
competitive as it was creative. Over two days, 32 teams of 6 to 8 people were given access to AI tools, and one clear challenge: find a real problem, build a real solution.
Six teams made the final cut. The rest raised the bar for next time.

In partnership with Nanavati Hospital, DevX Mumbai hosted a free health check-up camp directly inside the workspace. Members had access to blood pressure checks, blood sugar tests, BMI assessments, medical consultations, and follow-up consultation support at the hospital.
