Sub: Completion of Sale of 38% equity investment in Scaleax Advisory Private Limited

Further to our intimation dated January 31, 2026, regarding the approval of the proposal for divestment of 38% of equity investment of the Company in its associate company, Scaleax Advisory Private Limited (“Scaleax”), to Dev Information Technology Limited (“DevIT”), a Corporate Promoter and to Mr. Aaryan Jaxay Shah, for an aggregate consideration of Rs. 3,80,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh Eighty Thousand Only).

In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to update that today the Company has transferred 38% of its equity investment in Scaleax to DevIT and Mr. Aaryan Jaxay Shah and received aggregate consideration of Rs. 3,80,000/-. (Rupees Three Lakh Eighty Thousand Only).

Accordingly, Scaleax has ceased to be an associate company.
