From 1 October, Chief Financial Officer Helmut Meyer will temporarily
assume the role of Chairman of the Management Board of DEUTZ AG, until a
successor is appointed to replace the current Chairman Gordon Riske, who
leaves the company on 30 September. The departments which used to report to
the Chairman of the Management board will be divided between the three
members of the Management Board for the transitional period.
