according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Deutsche Post AG, Bonn, Deutschland, have fallen below the 5%
threshold of the Voting Rights on April 14, 2014 and on that day amounted
to 4.99% (this corresponds to 60471892 Voting Rights).
