BlackRock, Inc., New York, NY, U.S.A., has notified us according to Article
21 Section 1 WpHG that its voting rights on Deutsche Post AG have exceeded
the threshold of 5% on 16 July 2013 and amount to 5,01% (60,512,289 voting
rights) on that day. Of these voting rights, 5,01% (60,512,289 voting
rights) are to be attributed to BlackRock, Inc. according to Article 22
Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.

BlackRock Advisors Holdings, Inc., New York, NY, U.S.A., has notified us
according to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG that its voting rights on Deutsche
Post AG have exceeded the threshold of 3% on 17 July 2013 and amount to
3,01% (36,411,879 voting rights) on that day. Of these voting rights, 3,01%
(36,411,879 voting rights) are to be attributed to BlackRock Advisors
Holdings, Inc. according to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in
connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.

BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., New York, NY, U.S.A., has notified us
according to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG that its voting rights on Deutsche
Post AG have exceeded the threshold of 5% on 18 July 2013 and amount to
5,02% (60,678,117 voting rights) on that day. Of these voting rights, 5,02%
(60,678,117 voting rights) are to be attributed to BlackRock Financial
Management, Inc. according to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in
connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.

BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington, DE, U.S.A, has notified us according
to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG that its voting rights on Deutsche Post AG
have exceeded the threshold of 5% on 18 July 2013 and amount to 5,02%
(60,678,117 voting rights) on that day. Of these voting rights, 5,02%
(60,678,117 voting rights) are to be attributed to BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc.
according to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with
Sentence 2 WpHG.
