Börsengang dient der weiteren Internationalisierung sowie dem Ausbau der Logistik des innovativen Marketingdienstleisters. Emissionspreis der bis zu 2,685 Millionen Aktien wird Ende August während der Bookbuilding-Phase ermittelt. Die 4MBO International Electronic AG geht an den Neuen Markt. Die Aktien des innovativen Marketingdienstleisters werden voraussichtlich am 28. August erstmals am Neuen Markt der Deutschen Börse in Frankfurt am Main notiert. Nach der geplanten Zeichnungsfrist in der Woche vom 21. bis zum 25. August wird der Preis für die bis zu 2,685 Millionen (einschließlich Greenshoe-Option) zum Verkauf stehenden Aktien des Unternehmens ermittelt. Die Aktien werden unter Führung der DG BANK angeboten. Zum Konsortium gehören weiterhin die Landesbank Baden-Württemberg und die Frankfurter Wertpapierhandelsbank equinet Securities AG. Die unter der Wertpapierkennnummer 548 780 zu platzierenden Aktien stammen zum überwiegenden Teil aus einer Bar-Kapitalerhöhung. Darüber hinaus ist eine Beteiligung aller Mitarbeiter am Unternehmenserfolg im Rahmen eines Aktien-Options- programms vorgesehen. Die 4MBO International Electronic AG ist das dritte Unternehmen aus dem Beteiligungsportfolio der Deutschen Effecten- und Wechsel-Beteiligungsgesellschaft AG (DEWB), das in diesem Jahr an den Neuen Markt geht. Emissionserlös dient der weiteren Internationalisierung und dem Aufbau eines neuen Logistikzentrums.Durch die internationalen Aktivitäten der großen Handelsunternehmen stehen die Produkte von 4MBO schon heute europaweit in den Regalen. Mit dem frischen Kapital will 4MBO seine internationale Präsenz weiter ausbauen. Neue Niederlassungen sollen in Spanien, Frankreich, Griechenland und Polen entstehen. Das Auslandsgeschäft soll in den kommenden Jahren deutlich gesteigert werden. Etwa 8 Prozent des Umsatzes werden heute außerhalb Deutschlands gemacht. Dieser Anteil soll in den kommenden Jahren auf über 15 Prozent steigen. Ein weiterer Teil des Emissionserlöses wird in ein neues europäisches Logistikzentrum fließen, das 2001 die Arbeit aufnehmen wird. IPO to further the innovative marketing provider’s globalization process as well as the expansion of its logistics system. Issue price of up to 2.685 million shares will be determined at the end of August during the bookbuilding phase. 4MBO International Electronic AG is about to enter the Neue Markt of the German stock exchange in Frankfurt. The innovative marketing provider’s shares are expected to be listed on the exchange for the first time on 28 August.Within the planned subscription period from 21 until 25 August, the price of the up to 2.685 million shares to be sold (including the greenshoe option) will be determined through the bookbuilding process.The shares will be offered by a consortium led by DG Bank. The Landesbank Baden-Württemberg and Frankfurter Wertpapierhandelsbank equinet Securities AG will also be participating in the consortium. A majority of the shares, which will be listed under the security code 548 780, result from a cash capital increase. Furthermore, the company plans to include all its employees in a share-option program so that they can participate in the company’s success. 4MBO International Electronic AG is the third company to emerge from the portfolio of Deutschen Effecten- und Wechsel-Beteiligungsgesellschaft AG (DEWB) to be listed on the Neue Markt this year. With the proceeds from the IPO, 4MBO seeks to expand its international presence further and plans new sites in Spain, France, Greece and Poland, expanding its foreign business considerably in the next few years. About 8 percent of its sales is currently created outside of Germany. This figure should reach over 15 percent in the next few years.
