Deutsche Börse AG the following disclosure of voting rights
(Stimmrechtsmitteilung) pursuant to §§ 21, 22 WpHG:

'Below, we would like to make the following notification in the name of our
subsidiary Barclays Global Investors UK Holdings Limited, 1 Churchill
Place, London, E14 5HP, England, regarding the holding of voting rights
held in Deutsche Börse AG, Neue Börsenstraße 1, 60485 Frankfurt am Main,
according to §§ 21, 22 WpHG:

Barclays Global Investors UK Holdings Limited, 1 Churchill Place, London,
E14 5HP, England, exceeded the 3% threshold of § 21 para. 1 WpHG on 22 May
2007 and held 3,03% of the voting rights (i.e. 3.025.500 shares with voting
rights) in Deutsche Börse AG.

Barclays Global Investors UK Holdings Limited was attributed these 3,03% of
the voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no.
6 WpHG in connection with § 22 para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG via subsidiaries of
which none exceeded the 3 % threshold.'
