Pursuant to Article 6(3) of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 supplementing Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards for the conditions applicable to buy-back programmes and stabilisation, Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch (contact: Jeremy Selway, telephone +44 (0)20 7547 5983) hereby gives notice that no stabilisation was undertaken by the Stabilising Manager named below in relation to the offer of the following securities.

Guarantor (if any):                      The Notes will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed, jointly and severally, on a senior secured basis by Kronos Worldwide, Inc. and each of its direct and indirect domestic, wholly owned subsidiaries (other than the Issuer), subject to certain exceptions.
