FORM 603 – NOTICE OF INITIAL SUBSTANTIAL HOLDER IN DETERRA ROYALTIES LIMITED (DRR)

On 27 October 2020, Perpetual Limited (the Company) released to the market a Form 603, Notice of initial substantial holder, in Deterra Royalties Limited (DRR), noting Perpetual became a substantial holder on 23 October 2020. Due to a system miscalculation, 254,860 units were not included in the initial disclosure, and subsequently resulted in the Company’s system incorrectly stating the date the initial holding came into effect. The date that Perpetual became a substantial holder should be noted as 26 October 2020.
