CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Deterra Royalties Limited (ASX: DRR) ( Deterra or Company ) is pleased to advise that Mr Jason Clifton has replaced Mr Brendan Ryan as a joint Company Secretary of Deterra.
Mr Clifton commenced in the role of Chief Financial Officer of the Company earlier this month. Mr Clifton is a finance professional with over 30 years’ experience across the resources, oil and gas and banking industries.
Mr Ryan, the Company’s inaugural CFO, has transitioned to the role of Head of Corporate Development.
Ms Bronwyn Kerr continues in her role as General Counsel and joint Company Secretary.
