RETIREMENT OF DR JOANNE WARNER

Deterra Royalties Limited (ASX: DRR) ( Deterra or Company ) advises that Dr Joanne Warner will retire as an independent non-executive director at the close of business on 31 March 2024.

Dr Warner is an inaugural member of Deterra’s Board having joined in October 2020 at the time of the Company’s demerger and subsequent listing on ASX. She is the Chair of the People and Performance Committee and a member of the Nomination & Governance and Sustainability Committees.

Deterra’s Chair, Jenny Seabrook, said “I would like to thank Jo for her significant contribution to the Board during the Company’s formative years. In particular, her knowledge and expertise in worldwide mineral projects and global mining investment markets has been of great value as we have built the Company’s profile and presence in these markets. I would also like to acknowledge her role in the PPC in leading the transition in executive remuneration arrangements.”

The Board continuously reviews its composition and skills mix and considers it is appropriate at this stage given the background of its continuing directors. Further board additions will be considered as growth opportunities mature or other suitable candidates are identified.
