APPOINTMENT OF GENERAL COUNSEL & COMPANY SECRETARY
Deterra Royalties Limited (ASX: DRR) ( Deterra or Company ) is pleased to advise that Bronwyn Kerr has commenced as Deterra’s General Counsel & Company Secretary.
Ms Kerr is a legal and governance professional with over fifteen years’ experience. Most recently, Ms Kerr was the General Counsel and Company Secretary of Pilbara iron ore producer, Atlas Iron.
Ms Kerr is admitted to practice law in Western Australian and holds post-graduate qualifications in finance and corporate governance.
Ian Gregory has resigned as Company Secretary. The Board acknowledges and thanks Mr Gregory for his contribution to the company
