Desert Control AS (DSRT) ("Company") announces that its Board of Directors (the "Board") has appointed Arctic Securities and Pareto Securities ("Financial Advisors") to explore strategic options available to the Company.

The Board has initiated this review aiming to optimize shareholder value and to secure funding to pursue the Company's growth strategies. With the support of its Financial Advisors, the Company aims to explore a broad range of strategic alternatives, including financing, structural and business development opportunities.

No assurances can be given as to the outcome or timing of the review process. Desert Control does not intend to make any further public comment regarding the review until it has been completed or the Company determines that disclosure is required or appropriate.
