In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), the Company announces that Robert Wilkinson, Non-Executive Director of Derwent London, has been appointed as a Director and Chief Executive Officer Designate of Hammerson plc with effect from 15 December 2025, and will take up his role as Chief Executive Officer of Hammerson plc with effect from 1 January 2026.
