Notification of interests of Directors and Persons Discharging

Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")

The Company announces the following changes to the interests of Directors in the Company's ordinary shares of 5p each ('Shares').

Bonus deferral

On 20 March 2019, the Company granted the following Share-based Awards under the Derwent London Annual Bonus Plan ('the Plan'), in respect of the deferred element of the 2018 annual bonus.

In accordance with the Plan, bonuses of up to 100% of base salary are paid as cash. Amounts in excess of 100% are deferred into shares of which 50% are released after 12 months and the balance after 24 months. Other than the application of a percentage of the annual bonus in the acquisition of the Shares, no consideration is payable on the grant or release of an Award.

For the Awards granted on 20 March 2019, 50% will release in March 2020 with the balance being released in March 2021, but only to the extent that the participant is still employed by Derwent London at that time. The Directors are each entitled to additional vesting shares for dividend equivalents in respect of dividends paid on vested shares between the grant date and the release date.

This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation and Rule 3.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The Company was notified of the grant of all Awards on 20 March 2019.
