Cancellation of Derwent London Capital (Jersey) Limited £175,000,000 2.75 per cent. Convertible Bonds due 2016 (ISIN: XS0628102112) (the "Bonds")

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.5.2R, Derwent London plc (the "Company") announces that, further to the receipt of bondholder conversion notices in respect of £46.1 million in outstanding principal amount of the Bonds (the "Converted Bonds") which, taken together with the £60.4 million of Bonds previously converted pursuant to the redemption notice issued on 17 December 2014, represent 60.8% of the initial principal amount of Bonds issued, the Converted Bonds have been cancelled. Following such conversion and cancellation, there will be £68.5 million in principal amount of the Bonds remaining outstanding.
