Completion of £100m private placement

Further to the disclosure made in the interim management statement published on 13 November 2013, Derwent London plc is pleased to announce the completion of the £100m fixed rate unsecured private placement funding from New York Life.

Of this £100m fixed rate loan, £25m is for 15 years at 4.41% and £75m is for 20 years at 4.68%.
