Derwent appoints new non-executive director

Derwent London is pleased to announce that Cilla Snowball, CBE, will be joining the board as an independent non-executive director on 1 September, 2015.

Cilla has worked at AMV BBDO since 1992 where she has been Group Chairman and Group CEO since 2006 overseeing the four companies that comprise the AMV Group in the UK. She sits on the board of BBDO Worldwide, is past Chairman of the Advertising Association and a trustee of Comic Relief.

There are no further details required to be disclosed under LR 9.6.13 of the FCA Handbook.
