Derwent appoints new non-executive director

Derwent London is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Dakin who joins the board today as an independent non-executive director. Richard will serve as an independent member on the company's audit and risk committees.

Richard has worked at Lloyds Bank since 1982 and is now Managing Director and Head of Corporate Real Estate Business Support Unit where he is responsible for the UK and Europe. He is a member of the British Property Federation policy committee and a member of the Bank of England Commercial Property Forum.

There are no further details required to be disclosed under LR 9.6.13 of the FCA Handbook.
