ESV RESOURCES ANNOUNCES ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

September 1, 2020 – Vancouver, British Columbia – ESV Resources Ltd. (formerly, E.S.I. Environmental Sensors Inc.) (TSXV: ESV.H) (the "Company") announces that an annual general and special meeting of the shareholders of the Company (the "Meeting") will be held on November 4, 2020 at Suite 3123, 595 Burrard Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Meeting will bring the Company into compliance with TSX Venture Exchange Policy 3.2, Section 4.1, which requires that the Company hold an annual general meeting of shareholders within fifteen (15) months of the last preceding meeting.
