On July 20, 2011, Altira Aktiengesellschaft, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on MAGNAT Real Estate AG, Frankfurt am Main,
Deutschland, have fallen below the 15% threshold of the Voting Rights on
July 15, 2011 and on that day amounted to 13.56% (this corresponds to
1883735 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2.60% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 360648 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Heliad Equity Partners GmbH & Co. KGaA via
Altira Heliad Management GmbH.
