informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG about the
following:

'Thereby we inform you according to Article 21, Section 1, 24 of the WpHG,
that via shares the Voting Rights of RREEF Limited, London EC2A 2UU,
England on MAGNAT Real Estate Opportunities GmbH & Co. KGaA, Frankfurt am
Main, Germany, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on June 02,
2008 and now amount to 3.78% (this corresponds to 2,000,000 Voting Rights).
These Voting Rights are to be attributed to the company according to
Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1 Nr. 6 of the WpHG.

Furthermore, we inform you according to Article 21, Section 1, 24 of the
WpHG, that via shares the Voting Rights of Deutsche Asset Management Group
Limited, London EC2A 2UU, England, on MAGNAT Real Estate Opportunities GmbH
& Co. KGaA, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, have exceeded the 3% limit of the
Voting Rights on June 02, 2008 and now amount to 3.78% (this corresponds to
2,000,000 Voting Rights). These Voting Rights are to be attributed to the
company according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1 Nr. 6 in connection
with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 2 of the WpHG.

Finally, we inform you according to Article 21, Section 1, 24 of the WpHG,
that via shares the Voting Rights of DB UK PCAM Holdings Limited, London
EC2N 2DB, England, on MAGNAT Real Estate Opportunities GmbH & Co. KGaA,
Frankfurt am Main, Germany, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights
on June 02, 2008 and now amount to 3.78% (this corresponds to 2,000,000
Voting Rights). These Voting Rights are to be attributed to the company
according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1 Nr. 6 in connection with
Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 2 of the WpHG.'
