2008 and amounts to 2.54% (1,344,222 voting rights) as per this date. These
voting rights are attributed to the company according to section 22 (1)
sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG ('German Securities Trading Act').

Further, pursuant to sections 21 (1), 24 WpHG ('German Securities Trading
Act'), we hereby notify that the percentage of voting rights of Deutsche
Asset Management Group Limited London, England, in MAGNAT Real Estate
Opportunities GmbH & Co. KGaA, Grüneburgweg 18, 60322 Frankfurt, Germany,
fell below the threshold of 3% on 17 October 2008 and amounts to 2.54%
(1,344,222 voting rights) as per this date. These voting rights are
attributed to the company according to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 in
connection with section 22 (1) sentence 2 WpHG ('German Securities Trading
Act').

UK PCAM Holdings Limited London, England, in MAGNAT Real Estate

fell below the threshold of 3% on 17 October 2008 and amounts to 2.54%
(1,344,222 voting rights) as per this date. These voting rights are
