hereby notify that the percentage of voting rights of Deutsche Bank AG,
Germany, in MAGNAT Real Estate Opportunities GmbH & Co. KGaA, Grüneburgweg
18, 60322 Frankfurt, Germany, fell below the threshold of 5% on 20 October
2008 and amounts to 4.94% (2,611,853 voting rights) as per this date. These
voting rights are attributed to the company according section 22 (1)
sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with section 22 (1) sentence 2 WpHG
('German Securities Trading Act').
