Re: Change of date of Annual General Meeting

Pursuant to the relevant regulations of the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Securities and Exchange Commission and in order to inform shareholders and investors in general as fully as possible, the Board of Directors of Demetra Holdings Plc announces the following:

With its extraordinary decision of 14 May 2021, the Board of Directors of Demetra Holdings Plc decided to change the date of the Company's Annual General Meeting. More specifically, the Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 29 June 2021 instead of Monday, 7 June 2021, as initially announced on 12 April 2021.
More information on the Annual General Meeting will be announced in due course.
