De.mem Acquires 25% Stake in German De.mem-Geutec GmbH - Additional Information
3 October 2022: Australian-Singaporean water and waste water treatment company De.mem (ASX:DEM) (“De.mem” or “the Company”) advises the following further information in relation to the ASX announcement, “De.mem acquires 25% stake in Geutec to raise holdings to 100%”, released earlier today:

The seller of the 25% holding is Mr. Uwe Graessel, the former owner of De.mem-Geutec GmbH and its Managing Director;

The condition for completion is the payment of the purchase price, which is planned to take place this week. There are no other material conditions to completion. De.mem will advise once the completion has occurred.
