SHARE PLACEMENT

3 April 2019: Water and waste water treatment company De.mem Limited (ASX:DEM) (“De.mem” or “the Company”) advises that it has received firm commitments for a placement of 2,222,222 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.135 per share, to raise $300,000 (“Placement”). The Placement was made to sophisticated or otherwise exempt investors. The funds raised will be used for working capital purposes.

The Company expects to allot the Placement shares by 4 April 2019. The Company will utilise its existing placement capacity available under 7.1 of the ASX Listing Rules.
