De.mem secures $440,000 in additional orders

6 May 2019: Water and waste water treatment company De.mem Limited (ASX:DEM) (“De.mem” or “the Company”) advises that it has secured purchase orders from customers in Australia and Singapore valued at $440,000. The orders continue to underpin De.mem’s strong outlook for CY 2019.

The orders relate to the supply of a chlorination system for the generation of portable water and the delivery of bioreactors (aeration reactor vessels). Both are well-established product lines of De.mem.

The new orders include the extension of an existing Build, Own, Operate (“BOO”) agreement, under which De.mem operate a containerised waste water treatment plant in Singapore. The system deploys Ultra- and Nanofiltration membranes as the major treatment process, plus pre- and post-treatment.

The execution of the orders begins with immediate effect and is expected to be recognised in CY 2019 revenues.

Commentary

De.mem CEO Andreas Kroell said: “These additional purchase orders were received shortly after the Company’s milestone order for the supply of a A$2.8 million desalination plant and further underpin De.mem’s positive outlook for the remainder of the calendar year.

“De.mem remains well-placed with a strong tender pipeline and looks forward to updating shareholders on new orders and contract renewals across the coming months.“
