De. Mem Limited (“Company”) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (“ASX”) on Wednesday 5 April 2017.

Official quotation of the Company’s securities will commence at 12.30 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) on Friday 7 April 2017.

The Company raised $4,500,000 pursuant to the offer made under the prospectus dated 31 January 2017 and the replacement prospectus dated 16 February 2017 (“Prospectus”) by the issue of 22,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares (“Shares”) at an issue price of $0.20 per Share.
