TRADING HALT
The securities of De.mem Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 6 November 2017 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT
De.mem Limited (“De.mem” or “the Company”) herby requests a trading halt of its securities form ASX pending an announcement to be made by the Company to the market in connection with a capital raising
The Company is not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted.
The Company requests that the trading halt take immediate effect and continue until the release of the relevant announcements, anticipated to be made prior to the commencement of trading on Monday, 6 November 2017.
