Change of Company Secretary

Melbourne, 2 January 2020: De.mem Limited (ASX:DEM) (“De.mem” or “Company”) announces the appointment of Ms Melanie Leydin as the Company Secretary effective 1 January 2020.

Ms Melanie Leydin has over 25 years’ experience in the accounting profession and over 18 years’ experience as a Company Secretary for ASX listed companies. She is a Chartered Accountant and a Registered Company Auditor. Her experience in public company responsibilities includes ASX and ASIC compliance, control and implementation of corporate governance, statutory financial reporting, reorganisation of companies and shareholder relations.

This appointment follows the resignations of Brett Tucker and Deborah Ho as Company Secretary and Joint Company Secretary, respectively, of the Company.

The Company thanks Mr Tucker and Ms Ho for their contributions during their respective periods of appointment.
