Appointment of Joint Company Secretary
11 February 2019: (“ De.mem ” or “ the Company ”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Deborah Ho as Joint Company Secretary with effect from today.
Ms Ho has over six years of experience in company secretarial, corporate compliance and financial accounting matters. She has acted as Company Secretary and financial accountant for a number of Australian public listed companies and has also gained audit experience from her time with international accounting practices. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University and is an Associate Member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
