Change of Auditor

24 June 2020: Australian-Singaporean water and waste water treatment company De.mem (ASX:DEM) (“De.mem” or “the Company”) advises that in accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.3, William Buck Audit (Vic) Pty Ltd has been appointed as auditor of the Company. The appointment follows the resignation of Grant Thornton Audit Pty Ltd., and ASIC’s consent to the resignation in accordance with s329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 (“the Act”).

In accordance with section 327C of the Act, a resolution was approved at the 2020 Annual General Meeting to approve the appointment of the Company’s auditor.

The release of this announcement was authorised by the Chief Executive Officer of De.mem Limited, Andreas Kroell.
