AGM DATE; DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS CLOSING DATE FOR AGM
8 April 2024: De. Mem Limited (ASX: DEM) ( De.mem or the Company ) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that its 2024 Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held on Tuesday, 28 May 2024.
Details of the AGM will be provided in the forthcoming notice of meeting.
The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Monday, 15 April 2024 ( Closing Date ). Nominations must be received in writing no later than 5.00pm (AEST) on the Closing Date at the Company’s registered office.
