ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING DATE
26 March 2021: De.mem Limited (ASX:DEM) (the “Company”) advises, for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and Clause 11.2(c) and (d) of its Constitution, that its next Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 25 May 2021. Directors may be elected at this meeting and the closing date for receipt of nominations for election of Directors is Friday, 6 April 2021.
