In accordance with the regulations, DEME Group NV hereby discloses information regarding the acquisition of own shares.

Under the framework of the share buyback programme, as announced per 26 April 2024, the company reports today that during the period from 10 June 2024 until 14 June 2024 the following transactions took place:
