TRANSPARENCY NOTIFICATION

In accordance with article 14 of the Belgian law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of important holdings in issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market, DEME Group NV (the "Company"), hereby announces that, following the listing of the Company's shares on Euronext Brussels on 30 June 2022 (the "Listing"), it has received a transparency notification dated 4 July 2022 from Ackermans & van Haaren SA, indicating that as form the Listing, it holds 15,725,684 ordinary shares, which represents 62.12% of the Company's voting rights (the "Notification").
