TRANSPARENCY NOTIFICATION

In accordance with article 14 of the Belgian law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of important holdings in issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market, DEME Group NV (the "Company"), hereby announces that, following the listing of the Company's shares on Euronext Brussels on 30 June 2022 (the "Listing"), it has received a transparency notification dated 12 July 2022 from VINCI Construction SAS, indicating that as form the Listing, it holds 3,066,460 ordinary shares, which represents 12.11% of the Company's voting rights (the "Notification").
