Fejlagtig offentliggørelse af to nøgletal på Demants hjemmeside

Ved en beklagelig fejl har vi søndag aften offentliggjort vores organiske omsætningsvækst og EBIT for 2021 på www.demant.com.

Teksten var som følger:

"Very strong performance in 2021

On Tuesday 8 February 2022, Demant published its Annual Report 2021. Organic revenue for the Group grew by 27% and profitability was strong with operating profit of DKK 3.4 billion."

Det var ikke muligt at tilgå anden information. Vi bekræfter tallene, som dog skal godkendes af revisorerne og bestyrelsen. Processen for årsrapportoffentliggørelse fortsætter som oprindeligt planlagt, og vi forventer at offentliggøre selskabsmeddelelsen og årsrapporten for 2021 i morgen tirsdag den 8. februar.
