Erroneous publication of two key figures on Demant's website

Due to an unfortunate error, we published our organic revenue growth and EBIT for 2021 on www.demant.com on Sunday evening.

The text was as follows:

"Very strong performance in 2021

On Tuesday 8 February 2022, Demant published its Annual Report 2021. Organic revenue for the Group grew by 27% and profitability was strong with operating profit of DKK 3.4 billion."

There was no further information to be obtained. We confirm the numbers, which are subject to final approval by the auditors and the Board of Directors. Our process for the annual reporting continues as originally planned, and we expect to publish the company announcement and the Annual Report 2021 tomorrow, Tuesday 8 February.
