On5 August, Fidelity International (FMR LLC and its direct and indirect subsidiaries) rducedits shareholdings in William Demant HoldingA/S and now holds a total of9.89% of the share capital and voting rights inWilliam Demant Holding A/S.

Fidelity International'stotal holding of William Demant Holding A/S sharesis now 5,771,690 shares of DKK1each, equivalent to nominally DKK 5, 771,690.
