Company announcement no 2024-09 ²⁶ June ²⁰²⁴ Updated timeline for the strategic review of Communications

As announced on 5 February 2024, Demant is currently undertaking a strategic review of the Group's Communications business, which develops premium enterprise audio and video solutions under the EPOS brand. The strategic review is still ongoing, and we now expect the review to be completed in Q3 2024 (previously by the end of H1 2024). In the meantime, we remain fully committed to running the business and serving our customers and partners as usual.
