Pursuant to Regulation 29 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of our Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 30th day of May 2023, through video conferencing to:

• i. Consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended on 31[st] March, 2023;

• ii. To appoint Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2023-24;

• iii. To appoint Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2023-24; and iv. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair

Further, in pursuance of earlier intimation of the Company on 01.04.2022 under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, trading window for trading in securities of the Company will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.
