Sub: Intimation regarding Newspaper publication of 56[th ] Annual General Meeting, Book Closure and Remote E-voting

Pursuant to the relevant regulations of the SEB1 (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we would like to inform the following:

1. The Share Transfer Books and the Register of Members of the Company will remain closed from from Friday, September 24, 2021 to Thursday, September 30, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 56[th] Annual General Meeting of the Company which is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 30[th] September, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in accordance with the applicable Circulars of Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India.

2. The cut –off date for the purpose of determining members for providing remote e-voting and e-voting facility to the members is Thursday 23[rd] September, 2021.

3. The remote e-voting period shall commence from Monday, September 27, 2021 (10:00 a.m. IST) and ends on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 (5:00 p.m. IST).

A copy of the newspaper advertisement of the above information is also enclosed for your records and reference.You are therefore requested to kindly take the same on your record in compliance of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
