On June 23, 2014, Mr Andreas Prüfer, Germany has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Delticom AG, Hanover, Germany, have fallen below the 50% threshold of the
Voting Rights on June 17, 2014 and on that day amounted to 49.86% (this
corresponds to 5,956,088 Voting Rights).

25.03% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2,990,227 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Prüfer in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, Number 1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting Rights
are held by the following controlled undertakings, whose share of the
Voting Rights in Delticom AG amounts to 3 percent or more:
- Prüfer GmbH, Hanover.

49.86% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 5,956,088 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Prüfer in accordance with Article 22, Section 2 WpHG
(German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting Rights are held by the
following shareholders, whose share of the Voting Rights in Delticom AG
amounts to 3 percent or more:
- Prüfer GmbH, Hanover
- Binder GmbH, Hanover
