On December 12, 2013, Ruane, Cunniff & Goldfarb Inc., New York, USA, has
notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting
rights in Delticom AG, Hanover, Germany has exceeded the threshold of 3%
and amounted to 3.22% (381,958 voting rights) as of December 10, 2013.

Of these voting rights 3.22% (381,958 voting rights) are to be attributed
to Ruane, Cunniff & Goldfarb Inc. persuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no.
6 WpHG.
