On December 16, 2013, The Capital Group Companies, Inc., Los Angeles, USA,
has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of
voting rights in Delticom AG, Hanover, Germany, has fallen below the
threshold of 3 % and amounted to 2.99 % (355,519 voting rights) as of
December 11, 2013.

Of these voting rights 2.99 % (355,519 voting rights) are to be attributed
to The Capital Group Companies, Inc. pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1
no. 6 WpHG. No individual funds holds more than 3 % of the voting rights of
Delticom AG.
