Deltic announces that its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2021 and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") are now available to download from the Company's website at www.delticenergy.com and will today be posted to shareholders.
The AGM will be held on Wednesday 15 June 2022 at 10.30 a.m. at the offices of K&L Gates LLP, One New Change, London, EC4M 9AF.
