Cluff Natural Resources plc, an investing company founded by natural resources entrepreneur Algy Cluff, announces that it was notified on 30 June 2013 that as of 28 June 2013 David and Monique Newlands have a combined beneficial interest in 2,950,000 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 3.39 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. In addition David and Monique Newlands have a combined beneficial interest in 1,400,000 warrants to subscribe for new ordinary shares at 10 pence per share.
